Airflow would like to reassure customers during the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the UK. We understand this is a time of confusion and concern for many individuals and we want to let you know Airflow's current position.

First and foremost, the health and safety of our staff and customers are our top priority. We are following all Government advice and taking all precautionary action to ensure we are minimising risk for everyone.

This means that although employees may be working remotely, they will still be reachable during normal operating hours through their normal channels. We are also active and monitoring all Social Media platforms so should you need immediate assistance please do get in touch.

We have also ensured our supply chain and warehouse operation will not be affected through efficient contiguous measures. This means we can maintain stock levels and meet demand by working with our suppliers and operations team. Because of this due diligence all account holders are still able to process orders via our website through your online portal.

As a business we understand that Government advice and precautions are developing every day and we continue to monitor this and react accordingly. Should the situation change further we will update this post.
