SSDF3 Flue Dilution Fan

This dilution fan is part of a range which which is suitable for commercial gas boilers with input ratings from 30kW to 650kW (2,200Btu). The SSDF3 unit is suitable for commercial gas boilers which have a boiler input rating of 81kW to 160kW. Each unit includes a robust output flange, with mounting holes, pressure switch actuated fail-safe system and flying lead with two piece, snap-in plug and socket. 

The Airflow Developments Ltd flue dilution range consists of five sizes, each size is available in a GBDF or SSDF version. GBDF fans are for atmospheric commercial type boilers and water heaters, circa 75% efficient. SSDF fans have enhanced corrosion resistance by using Aisi 316 stainless steel fan casings. These are usually used on installations where regulations / specifications call for stainless steel. They are also used where high efficient boilers such as a modular design type are use. Condensation should not be allowed to collect in the fan casing.
