The Duplexvent Multi eco DV500 offers attractive and practical styling, designed for ease of installation, plus up to 93% heat recovery efficiency thanks to the latest counter flow heat exchanger technology, which will significantly reduce heating bills. While further benefits include low specific fan power (SFP) of 0.33 W/m³/h, air leakage of less than 3% and automatic bypass, air circulation and frost protection facilities, the unit also incorporates exceptional grey casing (RAL 9006) insulation (30mm) to avoid any thermal bridging and achieve extremely low noise levels.

Available in 72 different mounting versions, the Multi eco DV500 can be 100% customised, allowing various positioning (vertical, horizontal or ceiling mounted) and bespoke configuration to suit your applications. This means specifiers can configure spigot connections, filters, dampers, built-in heating and cooling options to deliver the required performance.

The RD6 digital control system delivers fully integrated, intelligent management of your ventilation unit. It coordinates EC fan control, automatic heat and cool recovery via bypass, safety monitoring, and customisable operating scenes with weekly scheduling. With built in Ethernet connectivity, it supports remote access through a secure web server, allowing users to monitor performance, adjust temperatures, set modes, and review operational data from any PC, tablet, or smartphone. The system also offers flexible integration through Modbus TCP (standard), with optional BACnet and KNX communication, plus inputs for external triggers and compatibility with air quality sensors such as CO₂ or humidity. Outputs for heating and cooling modules ensure precise climate control, while multi user registration and service level access enhance manageability. The RD6 Touch Controller adds an intuitive wall mounted interface with a colour display and built in room temperature sensor, giving users full control of system functions, alerts, and modes in both manual and automatic operation. The new Airflow RD6 control app provides convenient control access to the RD6 ventilation units from any smartphone or tablet. Available on the App Store and Google Play, the app mirrors the full functionality of the RD6 controller, offering effortless control, scheduling, and monitoring from anywhere with an internet connection. Note: to use the Airflow RD6 app, the ventilation unit must be equipped with the RD6 controller and requires Internet connection. All wiring is protected within an IP30 rated junction box, and a conveniently placed service power switch ensures safe maintenance access.

In addition, thanks to the innovative EC fan technology all of the Multi units are compliant with the Energy Related Products Directive (ErP) 2013/2015 and qualify as part of a building’s BREEAM assessment, giving significant advantages to specifiers and architects who wish to incorporate MVHR into their designs.
